1. Find Your Ideal Home

Browse hundreds of verified student accommodations. Use our powerful filters to narrow down options by institution, price, amenities, and more. Our AI helper can also give you personalized recommendations.

2. Send a Booking Request

Found the perfect spot? Click "Book Now," select your room type, and send a request directly to the landlord. You won't be charged anything at this stage. The landlord has 48 hours to respond.

3. Secure Your Spot

Once the landlord approves your request, you'll be notified. To confirm the booking, you must pay the specified upfront costs (like a deposit or breakage fee) through our secure payment portal within 48 hours. Your spot is only guaranteed after payment.

4. Arrange Move-In

After a successful payment, your booking is finalized! The landlord will contact you directly via email to sort out the lease agreement and arrange for key collection. Your unique check-in code will also be available on your dashboard.
